Got Medical call today

i submitt my File to CHC on 21 March and got medical call on 17 may..

My classes are already start on 16 may..but i am in problem VO can not ask me foe defer latter or Extention Latter..wht can i do i send Extention latter to VO or not???????????

moshin i am in the same suitation ..my classes were from 1st may but the didnot asked me for the new admission letter...so i only gona send my passport back and provide them my new admission letter in future...as now i can join classes in feb 2012 because seats are not available for fall session..
