got Lmo on 8 jan,2014.whatz next?

hii everyone!!!
I am new in this forum.
Just to let you know that i have got LMO on 8,jan,2014. Noc:6212,Job Title-Food Service Supervisor,location:Edson,Alberta Canada.
I went through the various websites, though it is very informative but i am not clear what to do now.
Please suggest me what is the next step?

When did your employer apply?
If you are from a visa exempt country u just have to arrive at a the border with all your documents, otherwise apply for temporary work visa

my employer applied in sept,2013.
do i need to appear for IELTS as it got expired in Nov,2013.
what supporting docs do i need to submit while making application for work permit?

Just apply for work permit

I do not think you need iltes
- but u'll need to show
* your education degree
* your police clearance.
* Medical exam (u can wait until asked for but better do it in advance to save time).

No need of police clearance if you are going to apply in india
