Got ITA but my marriage is after 3 months from now, can I add dependent later

Hi,

I got ITA today, currently my profile was created for only myself. But I am getting married in exactly 97 days from now, and I have only 90 days to submit the application.
Now how do I add my spouse as dependent and at what stage can I do this?
Can I update about this to Visa Officer after submitting the application?

You case will be reevaluated when you add a dependent, and they have to make sure that your new score surpasses the cutoff score of the round you were invited in.

The solution to this is simple, wait until you get the passport request, and before sending passport, you MARRY, and add the spouse. Make sure the marriage occurs after the passport request, or you will be in misrepresentation.

So when do they request for the passport, how many days typically after we submit the application?

What if I send a prior intimation to them in writing that my wedding date has been fixed, etc. Would that be good or bad?
