Did you answer 'Yes' to the question of 'Do you have a valid job offer in Canada'? If yes, change that to 'No' and this requirement will disappear. The only 'valid' job offer is one which is supported by an LMIA.

Thank you Asivad. You are the best. It disappeared now. But, I have answered "Yes" for this question(Before ITA Profile). Will it be a problem?

Also, I have included my spouse INDIAN experience(Before ITA) which didn't give any points but now they are asking supporting documents but it is difficult to get those documents as she is here with me and those companies are closed now. I have only her releiving letter but it doesn't show any roles and resposiblies? Can you please suggest how to proceed?

Not a problem. You can choose to include a line in the LOE that you chose incorrectly in your pre ITA profile and have made the correction now and that it doesn't affect your score.

Remove that experience from your post ITA profile and that requirement will disappear as well. You can choose to include a line in the LOE that you added this experience incorrectly in your pre ITA profile and have made the correction now and that it doesn't affect your score.

question on applying for multiple PNP s?
I have applied for OOPNP but so far no AOR.
Then i received ITA with 451. so i submitted my application online and got AOR with ECAS 3 lines.
Now i got reply from PEI that they are interested in and asked to send formal application.

Still, can i go and apply for PEI? or will it be a problem??

not sure abt OOPNP also..?

atleast one should go till the end.. thats my goal... because my points are 446 after my birthday.. and i dont expect any next ITA too...

Not sure but i dont think that you can go for pnp from pei as your fsw applocation is already in process.

Hi Everyone,

I am currently in Mumbai and received ITA under FSW. I got job offer from Toronto supported with positive LMIA. In the document upload page, I was asked to upload following documents :

1) Letter of Employment
2) Employment records ( for current organisation )
3) Employment records ( for past organisation )
4) Offer of Employment
5) Proof of means of financial support.

Can someone kindly help with
a) What is the difference between Letter of Employment and offer of employment ? what documents to upload against each ?
b) I have arranged job offer with LMIA. still i need to provide proof of funds ?

request seniors who had gone through this stage to help me out.

Thanks

You cannot apply for PEI PNP if you current Express Entry FSW application is in process. You will have to email PEI PNP Office and update them that you received an ITA from Express Entry and have already submitted your documents.

Good luck!

You can say 'taking a break after graduation'.

Hi Mazamilam,

Thanks for the reply. Ok got it.. so no need to put "unemployed" in this case.

Dear Asivad and senior members, I have a few peculiar questions which are raising concerns. Hope to get lucid clarifications.

Q1) Whether for me (principal applicant) or for my spouse should I include only and only those work experiences, while filling up the post-ITA form, which I can support by a clear set of documents (appointment letter + experience certificate + jobs and responsibilities letter + pay stubs) for each experience mentioned?

Is mentioning of any work experience considered by CIC as claiming it? Can I claim points for some work exp and merely mention others (without claim)?

If I mention any unclaimed work exp without supporting documents will the trigger-happy CIC base my rejection on this even if I am getting complete points from other work exp?

Q2) Under travel history section of principal applicant if some foreign trips are mentioned am I obliged to repeat the same information under travel history section for SPOUSE's family member???

Do I need to mention my/spouse sister's foreign trip who will not be accompanying with me/us to Canada?

Q3) I, as principal applicant, applied to CIC for PR under FSWP 2014. The application was rejected with a UCI number. Although I am sure that it was neither my spouse nor my kid who applied to CIC but should I leave empty the UCI field in their respective sections? What I think is that UCI number is always linked with the principal applicant, ain't it?

Many thanks in advance to put efforts in clarifying these severe doubts. These confusions are really holding up the PR pipeline!
