when i was drunk they just ask my name nd adress this is all i knw !!!In the morning they just ask me r u ok buddy nd gave me my bag nd money nthing else nd said to r good to go !!! can they also take fingerprints when i was drunked or they just take when person is sober ???

Seems like you are too much panic. Take it easy... I think, your concern is whether to answer YES or NO for the question 'do u have any criminal record...', right???

If they really open a criminal record then they would have not been let you go out without any fine or something like that. At least, they would have given you a piece of paper briefing about your crime.

Let us say, if you answer 'YES' then what details you will fill in this section. You can't simply write a story about what happened on that day. Perhaps you should be mentioning about type of crime and casa details (case #, etc.,). In this case nothing.

Take it easy and be happy... BTW, don't drink too much when you are out.

Yo! Calm down! To get a criminal record you have to be charged with an offence first, then go to Court and proven guilty... They just gave you a ticket, it is administrative fine, it is NOT a criminal record...
