Got another biometric request for spousal sponsorship PR application after doing it for visitor visa

If one has done biometrics for visitor visa and after that another biometric request is made for spousal sponsorship from outside Canada, what should be done? Do one has to appear for biometric again for PR application? If Biometric is needed once, can the IRCC be notified by webform that biometric has already been done for visitor visa?

Did you mention while applying ? about the biometric done for visitor visa

My spouse did it as part of a previous PR application (as non-accompanying); however, they requested it again despite being valid for 10 years.
Do it again to avoid the delay in the processing. I sent them 3 Webforms and nothing happened so we did it again.
