Got admission to winter 2014 instead of Automn 2014 What should I do ???

Hi,
I have got admission yesterday from a university in Montréal Quebec, but it's conditional (I must succeed two courses) and I think I don't have to worry about this right ? because I've been told that this case is most common for master students !

the problem is : I've requested admission to Fall 2014 and they admitted me to winter 2014, means NO SUFFICIENT TIME TO APPLY FOR CAQ AND STUDY PERMIT !!!! what can I do now ?

In the admission letter, they mentioned that this offer will not be available only if I subscribe in winter 2014 !! I understood that I can't report it at least to May 2014 ??

the most issue with my case is the bank statement : as I've requested fall 2014, I know that is sufficient time for me to get the required money as I am plannig to sell some properties and my dad also.

My brother is working now in Europe and he is ready to send an official letter to the embassy stating that he will sponsor me with 1300$/month as he has a very good job and stable life and a very good salary too !! but with only 8000 CAD in my account now this will not be enough to get the visa right ??

There is still two Months In Winter + 15 Days Late Joining... So You Got a total of 2 nd Half Months.

All you need to Do Is...

Apply For CAQ Today... You Will Get it In 25 Days

Keep the Money today in Your Account With a Proof That how The Money Came Into Your Account.

If you Sell Property Just Attach the Copy of Sale Deed to Your Application.

You will Have One Month And 15 Days to Process Your Visa , Which is Enough time I Guess

So Apply for Visa... I Hope You Will Get your Visa.

P.S : Canadian High Commission Don't Believe in Statements that my bro will Support me, In that Case One Way is Show the Bank Account Statement of your Brother and his Sponsorship letter. That will Make your Case Stronger

I know that still 2 and half months, but this is without considering posting time which can be more than usual some times am I right ?
Is it mandatory to attach the sale deed to application ? I mean if I sell it and put the money in my account saying that is the salaries of the last 18 months will this work (because I have payment bulltein for all my work periodes).

Just File the Application When you Have Pending Application at Embassy, Universities can Give you Relaxation

Yes its Mandatory to Attach Source of Funds when Your Statement is not For Six Months, Like you Deposit Money Today and File Application.

In That Case you Need to Show them Source of Funds For Which " Sale Deed " is Acceptable

They Accept Brother Sponsorship When You USE His Bank Account Statement and Get a Sponsorship letter From Him.

if I use the case of brother sponsorship, I have to use his bank statement along with his letter, I meant I can't use my bank account statement with his letter ?

University Gives Relaxation means, they Can allow you to Join Late

If you Want to Show Your Account With his Sponsorship letter then you have to Show Also that Your Brother has Deposited the Amount Someway

I'm trying hardly to contact my uni but it seems they didn't read my emails, I'm talking about thursday and Friday, I am going to ask for a reporting to may 2014 I don't want to get visa refusal because of NOT SUFFICIENT TIME for the embassy to analyse my request.

I was very happy because I have chosen only one univ and one course and got admission for the first application in less than 10 days !!

but my happiness is becoming sadness because of their mistake !! what makes really angry is an agent in their facebook page, I've explain to him that I requested very clearly my intake and I've attached to him the documents and he still telling me that it's me who made the mistake !!!!!!!!

Oh God I ask you to give me some patience

I just want to tell you that yesterday I got the new LOA from my UNI in just three days after request ! they are really a good people there and now I have more than 8 months to prepare the other papers thank you my god.
