Got Accepted into Uottawa

Hey..can you tell me how much time they took to send u an offer letter??i have also applied there for admission it's been a month

Hi, Just last night I received a mail stating I've been accepted into Meng in Mechanical for fall-2014 intake in Uottawa. I have also applied to victoria, Western Ontario (my 1st choice), carleton. Could someone help in someway to clear my confusion with regard to whether I should wait for a decision from UWO or shall I go ahead with Uottawa?
