If the offer includes any one of accommodation, flights or food for sure is fake.

for.We also made this decision based on your resume and partly on the
answers to the few questions. Also, I will like to let you know that
employees must arrive here in Canada one week before resumption date for
proper orientation. I hereby present to you the general terms and
conditions under which you have been

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) SALARY: Salary allocated for this position is $5000 USD monthly.
i) ALLOWANCES: You are entitled to $80 USD weekly allowance
exclusive from salary.
ii) SALARY INCREMENT: You shall have a 5% salary increment at the end
of the first six months of effective service.

2) ACCOMMODATION/ ENTERTAINMENT: The company assist you by paying up
to 50% of your monthly accommodation rent and bills. The accommodation
includes a two room apartment with internet facilities,toilet and

3) WORKING HOURS, RESTING DAYS AND HOLIDAYS: You will work 6 days a

from 10:00am. You shall have a two week
break after every 5 months

4) OVERTIME WORK AND COMPENSATION: For any activity carried out
outside the work time schedule above, you shall be compensated in
accordance with the labor code.

5) OBLIGATIONS: You are obliged to do your best at work especially
during the hours of work.

6) DURATION OF CONTRACT: The contract will have a duration of two
years and may be renewed or terminated upon the decision of one or
both parties with justified reasons

7) BENEFITS: Employees shall be registered with the company's health
assurance policy, have a three month trial period upon your arrival at
the company during which you shall be compensated according to the
labor code

8) UNIFORM: Employees shall appear in the Hotel's official uniform

9) CONTRACT SIGNING: A contract document shall be sent for you to sign
if you agree to the terms and conditions of the job

10) DOCUMENTS REQUIRED: Before you can travel to Canada and resume
work, you will need some certain documents which are required for your
free entry and work in Canada. These documents shall be processed at
the Canadian embassy in Cameroon because the Canadian ambassador to
Cameroon is a share holder in Riley Hotel and so he takes care of
the visa acquisition of all applicants. The documents are:

The hotel does not even exist so of course its fake. The address is an empty shop on Weston Rd, just use an app like showmystreet.com and you will see.

Whilst scammers can create fake websites with fake pictures a hotel would generally these days have at least tripadvisor entries, this one has none at all even though fake trip entries are not beyond scammers but generally beyond a fake website they are too lazy and just want a quick cash turnover

Note also the offer implies someone at the Canadian embassy has a link/interest to this hotel which would be illegal for the purposes of obtaining a visa or work permit

Generally all hotel offers will be fake.

Unfortunately the chances of securing a job offer are extremely low. There are no sites with lots of opportunities for foreign workers where you will get a job fast. This simply doesn't exist.

If you want to try, stay away from any agencies or consultants. These are all scams.

Apply through the websites of large companies directly.
