Dear Deepblues,

You can request an original copy of your IELTS to be sent to the Visa office. I think IELTS organization will charge you $30 for that.

Don't give up as long as there is a hope.

March 8, 2012 update: we are still receiving a high volume of applications and expect to reach the global cap of 10,000 applications very soon. People applying now should be aware that there is a strong possibility that their application may not arrive at CIC before the cap is reached.

So I guess here is the fine print......... Makes sense why the cap would be reached while some NOCs haven't been filled! 29 occupations X 500 CAP = 14,500 is the clue to the jigsaw puzzle :p ;D :eek:

maximum number of applications each noc is likely to gather.. now tht the most wanted NOCs are full.. it will b difficult for other NOCs to reach their cap.. so keep your hopes alive....
