I want to move to Canada. This is my profile
Age: 24
Education: Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering.
Available Funds: 54000 CAD.
Which places in Ontario can I go to get my Master's? I know it must be a DLI, but I have read that some universities have a higher rejection rate, so I would love your help.
Thanks!

Google university rankings for Ontario. Generally speaking higher ranked universities will be harder to get into. Lower ranked universities will be easier to get into.

But won't lower ranked universities hurt my chances? I do have a pending study permit application, but I applied for a college diploma because I love the course, but if I get rejected for that, I do not want to risk my second attempt.

Correct, a higher ranked university will be harder to get into but will increase your chances of a study permit approval. It all depends on what your priorities are and if you have the marks / funds to attend a top school.
