Hi All,

Yesterday I've got called from my lawyer saying my medical form has arrived..: )

Today I picked up all the requested docs, which consist of :

-RPRF
-5 Recent Photographs
-Medical Forms

The medical form was dated July 20th, the exact date when Singapore office started processing our application according to e-CAS status, we have to send back all the requisite documents prior to Aug 21st. We already make appointment for this Sat, but unfortunately I got a bit of coughs, I already take medication for it but I'm just afraid that I still haven't fully recovered, is it gonna be a problem? please kindly share your medical experience, and thank you for all your kind support.

Warm regards,

Great..congrats man. You dont need to worry about the cough and all. You can go for it. In medicals they are concerned about TB,HIV,etc. In-general you will asked to take a chest X-ray, blood test and urine test with some physical examination.

Honeydue,

Thanks for sharing. My status has changed just today to in process and it says they started processing my application on July 31, 2009. I just hope like yours this date they are also sending medical request for us. Just like your case. Our application is under the new rules, local visa office is London.

No worries for cough. They check TB, AIDS, hepatitis, even healed TB is fine. You're almost done. Congratulations.

honeydue, Just to share with you my experience. I was in the same shoe as yu are now. I had a flu just days before my scheduled medical exams. During the medical exam day i was still coughing but was out of fever already. I was really afraid that the test would show that i was sick. But luckily my xrays were clear (even with cough). I finished my medical exmas without any repeated test. so i assume coughing will not matter really as long as its not COPD or TB (thats acording to the doctor i consulted).

congrats man. i m also waithing 4 further news in respect of my app. may God bless us all.

today my e status changed to in process. they have started processing my application on 30 july new delhi office. documents sent on 2 june.

Congratulation Honeydew,

Just drop the medicines till the time you go for medicals. Meanwhile, take two teaspoonfuls of pure honey with a glass of lukewarm water for your cough. In severe cough, take a teaspoonful honey sprinkled with powdered black pepper in it. One should not be taking medicines when appearing for examination.

Wish you good luck,

Best regards,

Manj
