good locality for indian muslims in london

We relocated in Scarborough in Sept 2010 and my husband had to go back to the gulf to keep his job. Fortunately, through one of his close old associate he landed with a job offer of the same level in Toronto. But unfortunately his work takes him to London and soon we will have to uproot ourselves i.e me and my kids to London in order to save accomodation cost. We are muslims of Indian origin and are looking for some good localities in London around or atleast close to some mosque and or desi locality. My husband has his office close to consortium drive and somewhere between york street,so anywhere close to his work but not very far from the desi or muslim locality will be a good one.
Please suggest or direct and it will be a big help.
My husband starts his work in March 2011 and I have to start the search..please suggest and guide me...

Well I hope you understand the moment we decided to come to this country we had already accepted this country to be our future home..it is due to our need to have our children be in touch with their roots and religious beliefs that we have to look for all the possible means to do so...
