Going to file for visa next week under new SPP rules.. Please HELP!

Hi.. i am from INDIA
I got admission in project management at humber for jan'13 intake. Got offer letter in Aug. Got my loan of 9 lacs on 21 sep. But the rules changed thereafter. So, on suggestion of my consultant,i paid full one year fees from my loan. He said embassy requires GIC or $10k loan and full payment of one year fees. he also took my dad's PF certificate (approx 20 lacs).

I am worried because i paid fee from my loan. wt are the chances of visa Plz HELP

12th - 85%
Btech Mechanical - 71%
IELTS - 7.5 (L-7.5, R-8.5, W-7 ,S-7.5)

dont worry about the fees that u paid to the college from the loan , it will not effect your visa at all dont worry u have good chances of getting a visa

The course comes under school of applied technology (basically a technical course)
Also, i have work experience in projects with L&T HCP. i hope to get thru

you have allready paid your fees and going to lodge a file in next week so there is no way to go backwards , better stick to your decission u have good academic profile as per the course mismatch , you are the best one to decide whether it is a course mismatch or not bcoz only u know wat u have done in past and the curriculum of opted course ............................. best of luck go ahead

Project management course in canada is like doing engg. in haryana and punjab ...
don't you worry ,eveything il be ok..i guess you made your SOP strong enough to convince them.

I completed my grad in 2005 so getting the visa under SPP will be a issue so in this case what is the best way to do 2/1 yr pg in marketing/strategic marketing/ advertising or related course ?

please help me with the options for the route and the courses available in different colleges or universities.
