going back to CN, unsure if its a risk or not

Hello, so AOR was received on 9 May enabling us to apply for BOWP, however we are currently in the UK.

We would of been out of Canada for a year on June 2nd and are looking to fly back sometime in June - WP expire 16 July giving us just enough time to apply. Any idea if this would effect us getting BOWP?

CEC PR application processing centre I asked for was down as London, UK on our paper work, along with our UK address etc as didn't think we could do what we are doing.. When we land back in Canada we obviously will have to let them know of our new address but not sure what will happen with the processing centre as we wouldn't be UK and how would we change that information for them not to process it in the UK or would they carry on processing it in the UK or send it back to Canada? Im so confused ???

My CL cannot work until he gets his new BOWP as it was a closed permit, however mine wasn't so I can work. Although I fear BOWP won't get approved for us being out of country for so long and that changing all this information on CEC will effect our PR application.

All CEC applications are processed in CPO-Ottawa so it really doesn't matter what you put on your application as it would have been ignored.

oh really thanks for that info, how come you have to choose your case processing centre? thats odd indeeed.

that form is generic ie used for multiple immigration routes. For example - If applying via FSW then you choose your processing office

so when i update them with my new address in canada, it won't affect anything at all?
