Hi I am a US citizen im pregnant im wanting to go to Canada to visit but I wanted to know if I give birth there will I be covered by my Health insurance which is Gateway Medicaid Please help thanks.

No - it won't. You'll have to pay for everything out of pocket.

You'll also have to pay for any costs for your child which can get VERY expensive if he spend anytime in the NICU.
