Hello,
My wife and I have a visitor visa to canada.
My wife is 6 months pregnant, and we are thinking of traveling to canada next month, when she will be 7 months pregnant, and stay there for a couple of month to give birth there so our child can become canadian.
My question is;
Is that LEGAL ? Are we allowed to travel there and give birth there ? Is there any law that prevents that ?
And if they ask us on the borders, should we say the truth about our plans ? and if we do, can they prevent us from going in to Canada ?
NB: We have a private medical insurance that covers the delivery in Canada, so expenses are not an issue.
