Can gift deed of half of amount works
From my uncle

And rest amount will b my salary that will b total of 6.5 including gift deed after 2 months from now
If a get ita in couple of days
And before submitting pof amount will b complete 6.5
So all will b fine?

how do you show proof that it is a gift..a notarized copy or somethin? official stamp paper for eg??

most ppl have advised affidavit should do....notarizing it not required i believe, well some even say a cover letter by your uncle and proof (for funds transfered) is suffice . If the CIC want more clarification they will ask so..

Yes I feel apart from parents
Other relations giving gift can be fine as well
But rest on cic officer how they take the case

To be on the safer side, include notarised stamp paper of the gift deed. Additionally, the amount should reflect in your bank account.
