I transferred funds on 11th june bt scotia bank is saying they didnt received any money yet. My home bank is saying they transferred the money. What to do now? M worrying for my money.
 
Did u mail the TT copy?
 
Yes. I also lodge a complaint but still they are saying the didnt receive

Check with ur local bank i think its a problem from their end
 
All the necessary details are matching with the details provided by scotia bank in email after opening account. There is no mismatching

did you send it from your account or your parents account? also may I know the bank you used?

did u get the swift copy from bank ??
make sure that u sent 10100CAD. an amount less than that will be sent back to the bank

@ sidhu_anwer : i transferred the money using my account through PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK (PNB)
 
@ garry:yes, i have swift copy. I send net 10,100. But scotia bank saying if they receive less than that amount they will open the account and charge the remaining dollars when we'll reach canada. But the main prob is where is the funds? Everything is written correctly in swift details (TT copy).
 
@ manaz: i'm doing evrthing with the helpline number but they r only saying funds not received yet.
 
write an email to studentgic@scotiabank.com and attach swift copy too...
Lets hope for the best
