I have some good news.
We have been pressing Scotiabank to complete the investigation, and after following-up with them again this morning, we were given some information.

We have been told that the matter has been escalated at Scotiabank and the payment will be processed today and sent to VENICE BOTELHO's attention (as per the original payment instructions). We will follow-up again tomorrow to confirm that this has been taken care of.

Call the Scotia Bank Office today at 7pm IST :) . Wire Transfer is a quick process but some idiots can delay things.

The CIBC (intermediary) and PNB (home bank) ended up the trace by giving me that info:

"Our investigations team has spoken with the beneficiary bank this morning and they have advised us that they would require the beneficiary to go into their branch to provide identification in order to process the request."

Can anybody knows what does it mean??
 
no idea bro ,.. but may be they are asking u to go to pnb branch for some identification ,... take ur pp copy with u on monday ....

paji i have also applied from the punjab national bank amritsar and transfered the funds on 14 july .i wanted to knw weather i should wait or send them the tt receipt ???cz till today only 4 days are passed ,,
