GIC certificate not received- most urgent

tusharnayyer: Under ordering customer it is showing my name & account number . Ordering institute it is showing as My location bank name.

Please help is it correct.

NOW i am more worried as i deposit money on 24 june ... pta nhi yr hun mera gic certficate kado aayu ... tuhanu 17 days ho gye ... menu hune 3 days he hoye hai ... mid july che filing hone agar fund na pahunche te ...

After giving them reference number from my bank still i am not getting the certificate.

What to do now.

What you need to do is right now call your NRI branch of SBI which is most probably located in NEW DELHI. u must be having the reciept of ur wire transfer from your bank. give them your details. they will locate your money.

after locating only they gave reference number from state bank of india canada branch.

Tell them your exact situation, they will help you. Its their duty to check and inform the customer.

call SBI canada today evening at 7PM, provide the reference number and ask them to trace your money. and tell them that u need the delivery report as well.

sbi canada has told that it is given on the same day to scotia bank.

i found 2 person who paid gic within 12-15 hune and havent received gic certificate ......
now i am also in queue .. i paid gic on 24th june and no response yet .. i called scotio bank and they said no money received yet ....
