GIC certificate not received- most urgent

Call on all this number but informed that there is no need to talk to us as u can talk to the toll free number.

I am getting scared that my money is robbed by them. What to do i am not knowing.

bro meri jo tt reciept hai ode vich receiptant info international banking division toronto nahe likhya .par e information men pnb nu diti c likh k diti c pata nahe e kyun nahe aya

I paid the amount on 10th June but still i have not recieved the certificate. When i am calling them they are saying they have not recieved it. My consultant has emailed them the TT copy also but still they are saying not recieved. What should i do .

Please help some way.
