GIC certificate not received- most urgent

I paid the amount on 10th June but still i have not recieved the certificate. When i am calling them they are saying they have not recieved it. My consultant has emailed them the TT copy also but still they are saying not recieved. What should i do .

Please help some way.

ask your consultant to tell them the account info from where the amount was transferred. i got my GIC in 3 days after transferring the amount.
 
Thanks meagan99 . They have already email it with the TT copy to the bank but still they are saying that they have not received.

U have to send ur transaction proof from ur own email address
 
Dannie88: They did whole process of opening the account & they made it. SO processing is done by them. But how to get gic certificate please.
 
shahid19091982...same thing happen with my friend in May intake..first of all..contact the bank manager if they got any delivery message i will send you branch contact no. indicating on all GIC, try to call them ...hope you get GIC soon!!!
 
Same case is happening wid me also. I transferred money on 10th june but not recieved certificate yet.
 
From Punjab National bank n scotia bank is saying they didnt received funds yet.
 
Thats the same scenario which happened with me. And well after series of mails I found that Scotia Bank apparently thought I have sent the money through forex and not from my own bank account, hence my money was stuck in intermediary bank which is JP morgan. Look at your TT copy and check whether under Ordering customer - Name and address.does it only mention your name or it includes something else "C/o of --- forex /money transfer". It should only include your name.
 
Under sender section is swift code and name of my home bank and receiever is canadian imperical bank of commerce. What to do now?

I am very sorry, it should be under Ordering customer - Name and address.

i also paid gic money with pnb jalandhar branch on 24 june... after seeing ur comments i am shocked ... its 17 days now for u .. and for me just 4 days ... now u make me tensed ..... share ur pnb amount and some details ?

tusharnayyer: Under ordering customer it is showing my name & account number . Ordering institute it is showing as My location bank name.

Please help is it correct.
