Not all, background check still says in progress (criminality is passed) and eligibility says in progress too but i believe getting the email means it has passed! I use the new PR tracker only and thank you!

I got a ghost update Friday. Applied on March 14, 2023, and now I am waiting for the IME pass, background check is in progress, and Eligibility is not started.

I think i am in the same boat. But i dont get emails to my email it goes to my lawyer instead. Did your copr show anything?

Just got a ghost update again, and still, nothing changed.

With the minister streamlining the faster, within 30 days, and highest percentage so far of approval rate for trv if you already have a current family class sponsorship so that families can reunite with their loved ones.

Like for example in the Philippines timeline for trv processing, when we applied last week it’s only 28 days but now it increased to 31 days. I do not blame them since with the new announcement, a lot of people with current family class application will be more let say brave to apply for that trv.

I understand only time will tell if this new announcement would be really enforced. Like if the likelihood of getting a pr visa is enevitable and with using new advance analytics(almost like AI) for this current policy of family reunification we will see if it will actually work for a lot of people. But of course the final decision still lies at the discretion of, guess who, visa officer.

There is a lot of volume of application for trv coming in IRCC’s way so we will see the 90 percent approval rate and the 98 percent approval rate for people with current application.

Awesome, I would wait for another 15 days because a year completed since my application is in process. If I don't hear any good news for PPR by that time. I will go for TRV. :).

Hope you get TRV soon and don't forget to share your experience/results.

Yes, I will share good or bad. But hopefully its good news! Im just counting the days if they are true to their words of 31 days. Then I will start calling them
