Ghost updates new Tracker

Congratulations, what is your time line and for how long have you been getting ghost updates and when was your last ghost update

Thank you. My timeline is:

App Submitted: April 12, 2021
Biometrics: December 15, 2021
Medical: January 05, 2022
ADR: October 14, 2022
ADR submission: October 18, 2022
Pre-Arrival: November 03, 2022
PPR: November 15, 2022

I got ghost updates till my pre-arrival which is November 03, 2022, but no update on the tracker. As per the tracker, my Backgroud check is "not started" and GC Key still shows everything in-process.

I got a decision made on my ECAS two days ago & today I sent an email to LVO for an update. in reply to that email, I got passport submission email.

Reetu I sent an email to LVO today to get an update. I would suggest you do the same.

No updates since November 3 as well...

We received our pre-arrival letter on Friday. NOTHING else has been updated--the PR tracker doesn't even show any ghost update, even though it says that the last update to our app was Nov 3rd but we got the pre-arrival letter on Nov 11th. So if you haven't gotten any ghost updates in a while, that may well be a good thing and a sign that a big update is coming.

Also, I know someone else who got the pre arrival letter and ppr last Wednesday and still the PR tracker says last update was Nov 3rd.

If your tracker says that your medical is passed, then you are probably in the background check process. The pre-arrival letter is automatically triggered when your PA eligibility status is changed to yes. Do not be discouraged if you do a little waiting with little word coming out of IRCC. This stage can go quick or slow depending on the external agencies. You are almost done!

That sucks! Sorry to hear that. Are you done with info sharing?

My PA's eligibility was completed in August '22 and no concrete updates since (just ghost updates)

CSIS done July 29, Info Sharing done Oct 2021. Been sitting with the CBSA since July 2021

Not started. GCMS says: Info Sharing in progress (3 out of 4 NRT; 1 out of 4 ready to be assessed), Criminality in progress, Security not started.
