Ghost updates new Tracker

Thank you. My timeline is:
App Submitted: April 12, 2021
Biometrics: December 15, 2021
Medical: January 05, 2022
ADR: October 14, 2022
ADR submission: October 18, 2022
Pre-Arrival: November 03, 2022
PPR: November 15, 2022
I got ghost updates till my pre-arrival which is November 03, 2022, but no update on the tracker. As per the tracker, my Backgroud check is "not started" and GC Key still shows everything in-process.
I got a decision made on my ECAS two days ago & today I sent an email to LVO for an update. in reply to that email, I got passport submission email.
hi guys, i am in the same situation as well for my spouse. what is the email address for ottawa visa office?

If your tracker says that your medical is passed, then you are probably in the background check process. The pre-arrival letter is automatically triggered when your PA eligibility status is changed to yes. Do not be discouraged if you do a little waiting with little word coming out of IRCC. This stage can go quick or slow depending on the external agencies. You are almost done!
Congratulations !!!!! I am waiting for PPR since 3rd of Nov. We have COPR number on PR tracker and ECAS Decision made since 4th of Nov!!
