Mine was complete for some time. A few months since the last request for anything.

Can you please share your timeline ?
Hi i am being sponsored by my husband. We submitted and recieved on May 2nd (Outland). On August 8th I got an update in the portal that the application was returned. When we checked it out everything was marked completed in green except for my signature which I am sure I did. Anyways I resigned and resubmitted on August 12th and haven't heard a yrhing since. Has anyone ever had I situation like this?

Call immigration or send the webform and ask them what’s wrong
Don’t worry when you send a newone your timeline goes normal because i see that happened before for someone and he got ppr in 6 months
The tracker may not be up to date in terms of one's file, but it when it is and everything shows "completed" then it is legit. I should imagine you will receive PPR letter in a few days.
I realize you are from the December 2021 timeline, your VO is Ankara and you are (im assuming) sponsoring your partner from Iran. Are you the sponsor or the PA. I am sponsoring my husband from Iran and so far the background and eligibility has not started.
