Ghost updates new Tracker

But it’s supposed to before medical if it’s Outland application
Those ghost updates mean some one working on your file I think
Because after March 20 no ghost updates and got email about interview

So the other day I sent a web form to IRCC and notified of my new email address. Today I noticed that my application tracker shows my new email in my contact details. But the last update date is still March 20 (while it clearly was updated with my new email today or yesterday)

So everyone is stuck on March 20,I thought it’s just my application on pr tracker?

I found that I have a document number (TXXXXXXXXX) in the "Confirmation of Permanent Residency (COPR) details". Is that mean I have COPR already?

i applied from Hong Kong.
28 Apr 2022 Application Received
17 Aug 2022 Medical Test
7 Sep 2022 Biometric completed
13 Sep 2022 Police cert received
28 Oct 2022 Eligibility and background verification completed, pre-arrival service invited

The latest track record shows 28 Oct 2022. Also, IRCC did not informed me I got a COPR document ID so far. That ’s why I am not sure my current status.

Mine got a couple of updates with medical and biometrics but still struck on march 20th. I guess they disabled that to fix issues with ghost updates.

Yes, everyone does. I'm talking about the update date on the top right side which seems to not change anymore despite having updated data after this date.
