ghost update on the IRCC tracker on study permit

I raised a web form on the 21st of September. The next day, on the 22nd of September, my tracker was updated and showed, "We received the information you sent us. We'll review it and let you know if we need any other information from you." Then, on the 27th of September, I received a reply from IRCC about my file. Usually, when people receive a response from IRCC, the tracker does not update.

However, I received a ghost update on the IRCC tracker on the 25th. The update mentioned, "We received the information you sent us. We'll review it and let you know if we need any other information from you." Additionally, I received another ghost update on the 28th of September. However, I did not notice any changes in the tracker, nor did I receive any email or see any status updates on the tracker.

What would happen then?

bro I got a medical request and it passed 17th of October, then Tracker - eligibility completed, but gckey - We are reviewing whether you meet the requirements
