Getting my Passport back from Immigration

I am a protected person who got her Permanent resident recently and I would like to get my passport back from immigration! can anyone please help me with that? who should I contact and what's the usual process after getting COPR? Thanks a lot

I think you can request that but after returning the travel document and clarification y u need ur hc passport
