What PNP programs would you be eligible for if not through Express Entry.

thats what im asking, i dont think i have any chance without any work experience, even if my degree in economics is in TEER 0. I still need at least 1 year job experience to apply, the only thing going for me is that i have a sister that is neutralized canadian in Quebec

If you have no experience then you are not eligible.
