HI, thanks for your response

my current status: I have recently renewed my pr card which is going to expire in 2015), My pr card categorY: EN2

I have another question, I am going to join in the army in S. Korea (in 2010) and I have to be in the army for about 2years.

According to ur response, I would not have any problems as to getting into Canada after I finishing my army service?

I am worried on my PR status which is conditional because of my father. He hasn't fulfilled the condition.

If he doesn't fulfill the conditions of his Entrepreneur visa, your status will be in jeopardy as well.

Re: Getting into Canada..(updated**)

hi, I am still wondering despite your answer.

You are saying that my status will be jeopardy if he doesnt fullfill the condition.

My question is that am I going to have difficulties in entering into Canada after living outside of Canada for 2 years?

Can you be specific? Thanks

1. Yes, you were included as a dependent in your fathers application as entrepreneur. If he doesn't meet the conditions and is reported and receives a removal order, you and your family will be included in the order.
2. If your father meets his conditions, as long as you spend 2 years in every 5 year period resident in Canada, you will not lose your PR status.
