Getting H1-B from Canada

Hello,
Can someone please let me know on how I can secure an H1-B quicker from Canada? I've been trying to apply to US based roles but not getting any responses. What options do I have? I'm not interesting in the TN approach because my goal is to settle down in the US.

You need to go through regular lottery to get qualified for H1b. Theres no other route.

What if you already have an H1-B with valid I-140 and need just a H1 Transfer alone.

You need a find a new employer and initiate the transfer process.
