The weather in Toronto is pretty much normal (Like BD Coldest Winter). It's 10/12 C. So easily bearable with some hooded cloths and gloves.
Bring raincoats and water proof jackets, you will need them.

IF Emirates allow 24 kg or something like that after that did Air canada make any problem for that weight? will they charge ...?

When temp rises it drizzle all day, so in that time u need rain coat. You can carry 7 KG in the hand bag, if you can manage Emirates Chek-In Officer then it's ok to carry over then that, Air canada will not check anything. To my understanding u should pack every bag exactly 23 kg (Jet Chek-In Officer allowed us 24kg) and if u need more then pack a separate bag of 10KG as that will only cost u 50$ other wise they could charge u upto 100$ (for over weight 50 * 2 ). Remember it Everything u get there is priced almost 7 to 8 times here. So according to me spending additional 50$ is worth it.

By the grace of Almighty Allah, just few hours ago I received my 2nd AOR (dated march 8, 2011).

I know about cathy pacific. for child 2-12 years they will cost you 70% of the fair, but they will allow you to take 46kg like adult persons.
