My GBC online application status has changed to COMPLETE from SUBMITTED...
what does that mean? Does it mean my application is now complete and now they have started reviewing/processing it? OR does it mean they have completed processing my application?

Haven't heard from GBC in a while now...the last they emailed me was to ask me to upload my missing documents...

I got admit in GBC for ISBA SEP 2015. VISA work is pending.

In your case you are sure that they got your application. I have applied since 23 march and did not receive any respond from GBC!!
But I have heard that they usually takes more than a month !

Yes, they have received my application. Got an email from them stating that they have received it.
also, the online application progress now shows complete. Before it was just submitted.
I applied on 10th march, and then on 15th april i got an email from them asking me to upload some missing documents. I uploaded them the very next day, and then followed up with them.
That's when they told me that they have received my application and will take another 3-4 weeks to review it before deciding.

Im getting a little impatient now...

I have applied on the GBC website directly, and not via ontariocolleges.ca . I don't know where to go to have my application status on GBC website tho?
Can you help me on this?

I have applied for the program : Sport and Event Marketing Program (Postgraduate) (B400)

I too applied directly to the college...go to apply now...login with your email address. ...and then on the top left side you can see the application progress....mine shows complete now...before that it was "submitted".

I have marked B400 as 2nd preference..

Sorry buddy but I think the completed status means that your profile is 100% completed.
Because for me it has shown completed once I had finished fill in everything. This is the reason you received a mail from the admission officer for missing documents.

hey yeah...earlier there were 2 documents missing, but once I uploaded those 2, the status changed to COMPLETE..so now..*fingers crossed*..
i followed up with them after uploading my documents, and was told that they have received my application and will take 3-4 weeks to REVIEW the application and then decide...
it's been almost 2.5 weeks now, so getting a little anxious...

hope all goes well...
