I recently got married to a citizen of Canada. I reside outside Canada and I intend to bring 3 persons to canada my Mother, sister and brother.

Now question 2 on the form states how many family members will I include in the application including myself?

I want to ask is it four (4)persons to be included? because am confused.

Are you a PR yourself?

Are you sponsoring using PGP?

Am not a permanent residence in Canada I am a US citizen and I intend to stay with my wife the sponsor.

We don't have kids yet. But in the generic application form."The family members" does it include my mother brothers and sister to be filled there?

The generic application form is only for dependents (e.g. children). You do not include mother, sister, brothers. You can't sponsor them at the same time, and should not count on being able to do so in future (parents' sponsorship is separate program and extremely limited, cannot even apply until three years in Canada, there are income requirements, and a lottery). Brothers and sisters - if not still dependents of your parents i.e. under 22 years - would have to qualify on their own regardless. They may be able to visit under visa waiver/visitor visa but entirely separate.

You may need to fill out a personal background form (separate) where you would list your family members but NOT in the dependents section of IMM0008.

My wife(sponsor) is a Canadian citizen
Me the( principal applicant )is an American citizen. I am applying under spousal sponsorship.

I intend to bring my mother and brothers later in life to reside in canada. How will their application be processed is it with mine at the same time?

You were already answered. You might be able to apply for your mother after 3 years living in Canada if you make enough money. The only way to bring your brother is if he is your moms dependent (under 22) at the moment of her application. If rules don't change by then. Otherwise, they could come and visit you temporarily.
