General queries....about POF , ECA and Language points

Hello,
Will you include anything else with your reference letters and Proof of funding?
Is current bank certification letter enough as POF?

Do you have your ECA reports with you as your educational credentials?

I am trying to apply for WES but their website is subjected to an internal error since two days and I am slightly nervous regarding this as I don't have much time so Is their any other agency for the evaluation recognized by CIC? I have also searched about the other two agencies as well but they take at least 15 weeks to evaluate.
I want to evaluate my MBA and B.COM degrees and transcripts. My Total years of education is 16 years. My IELTS score is 7 bands.
How may points should I claim for my Education and language?

Impossible to say how many language points you will get without knowing what you scored in each of the four categories.

I want to apply for ECA process through WES. My uncle has paid my fee on my behalf from Canada. I am in Pakistan. I got my application reference number in the confirmation letter, so should I include the reference # or the letter of confirmation with my sealed envelop? or just mailed the package to WES without entering any number or letter of confirmation? Will they have my record?
