Been living in Canada for almost 10 years, only visited home country four times, no military exp, no state job. Not sure why was put in SS, and GCMS notes doesn't say anything either.

Also still no CSIS notes after 41 days since requested, anyone else applied CSIS notes lately? How long did you wait to get the notes?

I don't know why they don't provide reasoning for these type of checks. If they have something they should have written in the notes(like name matched with criminal or dob something like that) as well. I know many people have posted about this that without any reason they are on security screening and when applicant take them to the court they have nothing to say. I know security is important part of the application but this does not look the right way.

Will be grateful. My AOR was 16th July 2024. Is it good idea to apply now for the notes ?

I would get both for CBSA and CSIS. If this is for a PR application, I would apply for notes at the end of the year.

I think it is too early for you to apply for notes. hopefully you will get you PR with in the timeframe of 5-6 months. Thank you

My parents' IRCC notes show A34 comprehensive screening and their file was sent to CBSA on Dec 15, 2023.
