Any idea whats this means ? 'Case held as per back office program' GCMS says so . Secondary visa office marked as NEW Delhi in February 2019 . Dec 4 applicant . File is still in Sydney.

I’m not sure if there’s multiple back office programmes. I know one was the OB570 stream where people had their applications kept in Canada and sent to Mississauga. It’s possible they’ve changed things since then but if your secondary office reads as New Delhi I’d expect it to show up there.

Yeah they added Mississauga then removed and added New Delhi . Also I can see a activity that says New Delhi Triage for

and also 1st time i have notes centralized intake office text: ukrainian PC provided for PA

what does its mean everything can someone explain please if have some idea??????
