Due date does not mean that you have to wait until exactly that date, its just mean the time that cic have mark
likely they would end with your file, if they have everything together before that date, they will contact you right
away, whats your timeline??

I have a few questions about notes that I just received for the first time. Will I get them emailed to me randomly when something gets updated or do I have to "order" them each time? Also, it says that I have an overdue fee for the sponsorship part of the application, but I sent that with the main application fee, so do I just ignore that or what? Because the only thing I haven't paid yet is the landing fee. But I'm just assuming since they're working on my application that the overdue fee for the sponsorship was just a mistake?.

guys I did request for the gcms notes I found very strange things in my notes
1) i couldn't see my date of birth 2) I couldn't see name of security, background, there is no world of eligibility of my self (PA)
I sended two emails to cic but they don't wanna reply me
I have done my interview which I passed when I ordered notes last time in Feb 2016 they required some additional documents which I sended to cic in Feb almost after three months it has been complete slince since then
what should I do pls guide me

That due date is set to be just a guide line for them. They can either complete Eligibility before or after that due date.

Now, on the topmost section of security I see "SECURITY:1" and "S.15(1) is right-hand corner which you said means it has been passed. But even after over a month (based on the dates of other notes), the application status in the GCMS notes is still "open" and "in progress". Since everything else is explicitly "PASSED", I'm wondering whether "SECURITY:1" really means it has been passed. Any comments?

1> As per the AGENT REVIEW IN NOTES1, it is mentioned that 'review is required'! Does this question my eligibility? I have not seen this in other applicant's GCMS notes.. so kind of worried... Have any of you come across such a COMMENT? Though, in the 'assessment' section eligibility is mentioned as 'met'... So will this be reviewed again?
2> As per the last updated in file transfer history, my file has been transferred to CPC-Ottawa but since my local visa office is New Delhi, India...shouldn't be my file gets transferred to NDVO? (probably will that happen on a later date?)
3> My file is assigned to RC-9515 and Due Date is 2016/05/28. Any ideas regarding the significance of this date? Any Correlation with PPR?

The reason why I asked the question if you lived in Canada for more than 6 months is because you mentioned about Security Screening which does not apply for somebody who never visited Canada before. I believe your Security Check up is already completed but Security screening is relating to check your conduct while living in Canada and different government agencies are involved. You might want to wait until that is completed then CIC will issue your visa.

Make an MP request and tell Him or Her to enquire for you if medical is needed on your hand. They may be wasting your time for nothing. You need to find out through an MP what are they waiting for since everything is ready to issue your Visa.
