GCMS Notes Revived - Can I get opinions

One officer reviewed your application and recommended that you passed to the other officer. Your eligibility is still under review

You have to look at Notes section of the GCMS to confirm why the status changed. VO must have entered a satisfactory or related notes.
 
Not very well versed with SDS Applications so not quite sure why there would be a recommendation to pass eligibility rather than just Pass. However, from what I've seen in this forum... This is very positive. Towards the end of the GCMS notes you received there are notes the VO enters... Please let us know what's written there. That is the crucial bit.

See that's the thing, there is nothing written in the notes section which is why I'm super confused....?

Rest of the notes are just "DLI Number"
"Student ID"
"UCI XXXX"
etc.

What makes this worse is I supposedly have a AIP issued on the 4th of September but there is nothing mentioned in the outgoing section or the VO notes,

Regardless, I still think this is very positive and that you're in very good shape.

Hey man, can you please share when you applied for GCMS notes and when did you receive them? I also applied for a visa on 30 July SDS, and then I applied for notes on 30 October, but I still haven't received my notes yet.
