GCMS Notes Revived - Can I get opinions

I applied from India SDS on 30th July.
I received my GCMS notes today and was wondering if I could get some opinions on the below.

You have to look at Notes section of the GCMS to confirm why the status changed. VO must have entered a satisfactory or related notes.

Not very well versed with SDS Applications so not quite sure why there would be a recommendation to pass eligibility rather than just Pass. However, from what I've seen in this forum... This is very positive. Towards the end of the GCMS notes you received there are notes the VO enters... Please let us know what's written there. That is the crucial bit.

what is your timeline? medical passed and eligibility @ gc key?

What makes this worse is I supposedly have a AIP issued on the 4th of September but there is nothing mentioned in the outgoing section or the VO notes,

May I know from where you ordered ur GCMS Notes? And how long it took for u to receive it?

Is it weird that I received an AIP but nothing is there in outgoing or VO notes?

Hey man, can you please share when you applied for GCMS notes and when did you receive them? I also applied for a visa on 30 July SDS, and then I applied for notes on 30 October, but I still haven't received my notes yet.
