Just on last Friday got my GCMS notes (same as CAIPS), and it says:
Anyway below is prehistory.
I got admission from Herzing College Toronto for 1 year Diploma course in Business Administration with 80 hours of internship.
Total tuition costs CAD 13800. The college is in the list of designated institutions.
First time I have applied on 18th of May. But got refused on 28th of May, from standard reasons - your current employment situation, other reasons - Provenance of funds.
As some of members said, standard reasons are shown like “tick in the box”, and there was nothing that I could do with my employment situation, but I could show additional document as provenance of funds.
With the same pack of documents plus cover letter with provenance of funds I have reapplied on 4th of June again. On 10th of June I got request to submit my original passport. But after about 4 hours I got e-mail that request was sent in error and that my application was refused. And the reasons of second time refusal are following:
- your travel history
- your current employment situation
- your personal assets and financial status
Really strange, same pack of documents, but different reasons.
My profile is following:
Bachelor’s in English Philology – 87% (as per my country rate)
Graduated – 2007
Completed 6 months language course in UK – in the first half of 2008
Previous work experience – almost 2 years, teacher of English language in public school
Current employment – more than 4 years work for international company as a Transactional Executive, Import and Export Specialist. Middle chain, non-managerial position
Documents submitted so support my application:
- standard docs (application, family information, request for medical exam, as in my country we are not allowed to do that up-front)
- LOA
- bank statement showing funds of 44,200 USD, plus 4 months statement and copy from deposit book covering period 2007-2014, confirmation from college that I have paid deposit in 3,365 CAD, document from my bank confirming bank transfer, document proving that I own house worth 60,000 CAD and private car worth 13,000 CAD, reference on income from current employer
- employment reference letter stating my position and since when I work with them, two letters of recommendations: one from line manager and second from HR Business Partner
- copy of my 6 months UK visa, and diploma of completion of language course from UK college
- copy of marriage certificate, my wife and my mom are staying in my home country
- cover letter, stating why I would like to complete this course, documents showing that I inherited apartment, and sold that apartment, and want to invest that funds for my studies (please note that I have sold inherited apartment, and still have my own house)
I really need to complete this course, as I really lack overall knowledge of conducting business. The only change in my situation is that we about to open family business on production of foodstuff. Currently the construction of site is about to start which will be supervised by my brother. And by the time I complete my course and return back, the construction will be complete, and I will manage our business.
Do you think I have any chances for third attempt?
