You can justify Gcsm as officer has said nothing much there was no concrete reason to refuse you. welth is the welth it can be from any source. You can reaplly just tell them you will utilise your inherited welth for your future prospects and career. Explain about the course how it can help you in long tun. Keep faith in the God inshallah you will get visa this time

Since you already had a rejection it will affect your VISA applications to other countries.

IMHO.. Change the course and provide a strong SOP with home ties etc.. and apply again.
