GCMS notes - PLS HELP ME UNDERSTAND

I dont think they dont match, cos i careful reviewed it over and over again and first job was wealth management officer, second was investment admin. The noc descriptions on Hrsdc most of the times will not match with what our employers give,,,

I agree that depending on the nature of the company, it hardly match much with the description in the NOC. What NOC ciders did you use?

Na man lemer I have sent them all documents they needed. I even sent them a detailed letter of job duties whcih TD gave me a little late after i had already applied for PR.
I got an email from cpp_ottawa saying my new reference letter has been attached to my file but it doesnt say anywhere in my GCMS notes that I send them a reference letter later and they received it,

Im so confused and now im starting to get worried...

is it shown in ur gcms notes that ur letter is attached

my noc was 1221 and 1113.
Also it says on the second page of GCMS notes,
assigned to MD2563 (VO officer)
Due date 24 feb 2014

So am i gonna get an update from them on Feb 24 ????

The only extra note it says is the new job i took up at scotiabank and that i emailed them my offer letter and job duties etc.

This sucks man .. how can one expect to have word to word matching duties with any NOC? If that were the case then only 2% of us woudl be elgiible for PR under those conditions.

Oh n by the way, the second VO has already opened my file. Cos the first VO had a different code.. same guy who wrote those notes.
Now it says assigned to a different code and due date is 24th Feb which is a monday.

Pls pray for meeeee... I am super worried now.. it would be a shame to get rejected even tho I have skilled work experience ..

Looks like they did not refer to your updated letter though it is attached in your file. Technically speaking, they do not have to look at updated info after initial receipt date. Suggest to E mail CPC to make inquiry with all other supporting doc you have.

I don't mean to discourage you, but mine said Due Date Jan 18th, and I didn't get any communication.
I'm waiting now for a new set of notes.

On the bright side, I think you have a good chance to be approved if your NOC and duties are correct, but we will need to wait a little longer.

winter...it happen many time that first VO doubt noc vs job duties...and second VO find it correct....Just email them your doubts and have faith in sai...I am sure second VO will nod yes for you...my wishes are wit u

Order another set of GCMS notes because notes you received is month old. You might have passed eligibility as its been about a month that second VO is looking at your file. What I would suggest is look for good Immigration lawyer and email them as well. Seek professional advice. Btw did you prepare letters on your own ? Hope you get PR soon
