GCMS Notes--Not Received- More than 30 days..

hey, just wonder did you guys receive the note yet??
 
Nahhh... dint get anything yet :'(

I applied for notes again on 17th June... so hopfully its here by 17th July.... cant wait to see if I passed the eligibility >:( >:( >:( >:(
 
I requested GCSM notes on June 6th and still haven't received it.
Should I email them asking for the notes again?
 
I emailed them but no response :(
 
Yes, you may email them and say you are wondering about the status of your request as it's been over 30 days. They will reply, probably within a week. Usually, they either say they need more time and apologise or that they have expedited your request and you will get it soon.

It is possible for it to take longer than 30 days since most applicants in Canada will be requesting notes held by CPP-Ottawa.

I emailed on the address provided in the email one gets after registration of your ATIP request.

Did anyone use any other email address?

I applied my note.on.june 12... received am email From.them saying my file is due on July 15.. I am so worried right now

Is your GCMS notes due on 15th july or your PR file has a due date?

Did you email CPP-O asking about file or they emailed you without you asking them about your file?

It must be your GCMS notes deadline. Because in the email they cannot tell you when your PR file is due. So quit worrying. You will get your notes by 15 n will have clear picture as where you stand.

Just want to advice people to relax a bit. If you made a submission they will send to you.
Give them a couple days if you ordered during the weekend/ there was a holiday in between / the due date is on weekend. They probably process lots of requests at the same time too.
If like, a week after a due date you haven't received GCMS notes, then email them.

I totally agree. Everyone needs to remember it's not simply a matter of sending out a copy of the notes. Each set of records needs to be reviewed by an ATIP officer to ensure 1) it doesn't contain anything they are allowed to keep private (security info etc) and also to ensure they are sending out information on another applicant (spouse etc) without prior permission... It takes time !

I requested the notes on June 6th and I still haven't received it. I'm really worried now as I haven't heard from CIC since I applied in August 2012
I sent them an email on July 9th and another one today.
