We recieved GCMS notes and there is a note that says
"Documents support PA's relationship. For MO's review of relationship start date."
Does anyone know what MO is?

I think officer of some kind, managing or something like that - I'd guess in this case meaning more senior with authority to approve (whatever stage it may be).
