I received my GCMS notes today, after 4 months of filling the application but what i noticed that the next BFD or due date is the end of this year is this and is one year from the date i applied, so i guess this is an incorrect date or it must be an intial value?
Also how if due date for application to be assigned to some one passed a month ago and there is assigner and asignee (empty space).
Can this be an indication that Visa officers are overloaded and busy with other applications?

Hi there,

The due dates are bring forward dates so that means they will look up your application and do some work on those dates. Sometimes they even do work before the due date.

In my case the due date for the application was in October so when I ordered my notes in January after that, there didn't seem to be much work done maybe except for security which was blanked out anyways. Although the eligibility due date was march a year after I applied and when I ordered the notes, I saw progress that was done in February for eligibility where eligibility was passed and my ecas as changed to in process. A new due date is now set on the application which was march 23 but no decision yet.

Hi there,

it takes 30 days to receive the notes and they are certainly helpful in some ways. you can see notes written by officers on your case etc..

If you are 2 months over normal processing call your local MP office and they will assist you on getting your family member here to Canada

They are there to help you, especially if you are past the processing times

I certainly hope so!!! my MP is really my last hope. I'm calling on Monday their office was closed today.
