Okay guys so I spoke to the agent and he said that they didnt send me any medical request today. It does show in my account but they did not send out anything to me on their end so it is most likely a system problem and they will look into it. Looks like i was the first person to call about this issue.

Aww that's a sad news :( just false alarm lol .Thank you so much for your effort ;)

Yup so its definitely a system problem. It should be back to normal at the end of the day. I am a March 2017 applicant and he told me its way to early for medical request.
 
I wouldnt get to excited yet because this might be a system error. Until someone actually confirms with cic on the phone.
