I really missed that 3rd Box (directly went to institute list). They asked for attested (by Board of Intermediate & Secondary eductaion) SSC & HSC certificates or just copies?

They will provide it by first week of August (surprisingly very late due to heavy volume nowadays on WES) .. They accepted my docs relating to CA one month ago, but then asked for SSC and HSC certificate which they have now received as well ..
One of my friend who is also a Chartered Acountant is already working in Canada told me that he got it on the basis of CA and Masters (which CA members can get from HEC Pakistan) ..

What to Submit How to Submit
1. Individual Mark Sheet/Result Card issued by the awarding authority

Please note that college-issued Mark Sheet/Result Card will not be accepted.

If elective courses are not listed on the Mark Sheet, please provide official documentation of the elective courses such as a syllabus for the course.
To be sent directly to WES by the awarding authority. All documents must be stamped and verified by the Controller of Examination.
Attestations from persons outside the Controller of Examination and Registrar's Offices, such as individual professors or external notary publics, will not be accepted.

Therefore WES recognizes Pakistan's CA ... Hope this clarifies ... In case you need any further clarfication I will happy to share ...

A great pathway for CAs from India, Pakistan. I guess the main hurdle to cross will be finding a local sponsor. I am a member of CIMA UK and plan to make an application to CMA Canada as soon as I hear from CIC about the issuance of the visa ( meds were done a month ago). I have researched CMA - Ontario and CMA BC. CMA Ontario requires a designated local CMA as 'sponsor', (same as CPA Ontario) but CMA BC has no such requirement.
Another useful website is www.careersedge.ca. They assist in finding paid internship opportunities to gain the much talked about 'canadian experience'.

As far as my knowledge serves , all Pakistanis have to start from Zero for all professional educations.

Does anyone has an idea, how to get ECA for Chartered Accountant (ICAP) from Pakistan! Detail procedure will be appreciated. As far as my understanding is concerned, WES is not evaluating CA degree from Pakistan. So, the remaining option is either university of Toronto or ICAS. Has any CA got his degree attested from WES.
